RECRUITMENT OF SENIOR ASSOCIATE

IIMK LIVE invites applications for the position of Senior Associate on contract basis.
IIMK LIVE is an independent society set up by IIM Kozhikode, a premier management institute with the support of Department of Science and Technology and acts as a centre for business incubation and entrepreneurship development at IIM Kozhikode. IIMK LIVE seeks to establish Business Incubator with a purpose of creating a National Centre of Excellence that promotes innovation, new business venturing and entrepreneurship. IIMK LIVE is looking for highly dynamic, self-driven individual who is passionate about contributing to the start-up ecosystem and entrepreneurship development. Senior Associate would manage all operations related to programs conducted by IIMK LIVE. He would report to the Senior General Manager- IIMK LIVE.

Eligibility:
A candidate for Senior Associate position should be a post graduate from a reputed university with relevant experience of 5 years and who has demonstrated the competencies highlighted in the Job Description below.

Job Description:

• Hosting events and scheme related meeting

• Coordination with everyone so as to schedule events and meetings in a timely manner

• Monitor scheme progress and ensure compliance to scheme requirements, commitments, and deadlines.

• Drafting minutes of meetings and taking necessary approvals

• Necessary documentation and record keeping related to schemes

• Maintain a channel of communication with mentors, experts, sponsors, and other agencies for smooth conduction of scheme related activities.

Compensation:
Consolidated, All Inclusive Monthly Remuneration maximum of Rs.45000 month depending upon the suitability.
