SISFS
The Startup India initiative of the Government of India envisages building a robust Start-up ecosystem in the country for nurturing innovation and providing opportunities to budding entrepreneurs.
An Action Plan with 19 action points for the Startup India initiative was unveiled by the Hon’ble Prime Minister on January 16, 2016.

Eligibility

Individuals or startups working on an innovative idea or planning to initiate a startup.

Startups planning to raise funds.

No shortlisting; any interested participant can join the program.
Prerequisites & Structure

Submission of the latest pitch deck and a two-page document (as specified by IIMK LIVE) at least two days before the mentorship session.

10-minute startup presentation followed by 30-40 minutes of mentorship from an expert.
Timelines & Fees

Monthly program with registration closing at the end of each month.

₹3,499 per startup (maximum of two founders).
Program Outcomes
Understanding the angel/VC perspective of their venture.
Advice on current business models and potential pivots.
Assessment of the possibility of securing angel/VC funding.
Improvement of metrics that VCs/angels consider important.
Exposure to typical questions asked during investor pitches.
