RECRUITMENT OF ASSISTANT MANAGER

IIMK LIVE invites applications for the position of ASSISTANT MANAGER on contract basis. IIMK LIVE is an independent society set up by IIM Kozhikode, a premier management institute with the support of Department of Science and Technology and acts as a centre for business incubation and entrepreneurship development at IIM Kozhikode. IIMK LIVE seeks to establish Business Incubator with a purpose of creating a National Centre of Excellence that promotes innovation, new business venturing and entrepreneurship. IIMK LIVE is looking for highly dynamic, self-driven individual who is passionate about contributing to the start-up ecosystem and entrepreneurship development. Assistant Manager would manage all the operations related to programs conducted by IIMK LIVE.

Eligibility:

A candidate for the Assistant Manager position shall be a post graduate from a reputed university with relevant experience of 2 years and who has demonstrated the competencies highlighted in the Job Description below.

Job Description:

Responsible for administrative initiatives, processes, record keeping, documentations associated with various schemes/programmes and other initiatives of LIVE
Responsible for initiating all regulatory compliance processes and reporting requirements to external agencies
Responsible for preparation of financial statements and record keeping of funds receipt and expenditures associated with a programme/Scheme
Communicate with all stakeholders for supporting mentorship, documentations, and administrative compliance
Liaison with accountants and auditors for all financial transactions, related record keeping, and preparation of summary and annual reports
Manage and support program outreach, and program-related external communication and publicity.

Job Location: Calicut/ Chennai

Compensation:

Consolidated, All Inclusive Monthly Remuneration maximum of Rs.60000 month depending upon the suitability.
